Headaches Keep A-Coming
Do any of ya’ll menopause maniacs out there suffer from migraines? I sure do. And it seems like there’s nothing that can make them go away. They can snatch you up from right near anything and drop you off in the wilderness of pain. You might be hard at work, or tending your house or garden, or even just visiting with your friends and loved ones, and then they hit. You want to sneak off somewhere dark and quiet and close yourself away from everything.
I reckon it can really get in the way of your life. I don’t get them as bad as some of the ladies I know. I can still go out and get on with everything, although I try to hurry home, if I can, if the headaches hit. I’ve always gotten hormone headaches ever since I was a teenager. Menopause just makes them more common and, usually, stronger.
That’s all for now. Take care, y’all!
