Menopause in your 30s: Slather on the Sunscreen

 

The number one cause of fine lines and wrinkles is sun damage. And, sadly, when your estrogen levels begin to plummet during menopause, collagen production is reduced. This effect can leave you with anything but a youthful glow and smooth skin. Preserve your youthful appearance by wearing a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher, whenever you will be outdoors or on a long car ride (dangerous rays from the sun can penetrate car windows.)
